Continuous research led to a major breakthrough in the 1980s: the indoor fountain, a product that is still today one of the strong points of the comprehensive “Trea” catalogue.
The idea was winner and Ceramiche Trea started to enhance homes and exclusive locations in all corners of the world: Russia, China, Hong Kong, South Africa, Arab countries.
Ceramiche Trea creations are unique items in the world panorama of ceramic fountains, in terms of dimensions and constructional techniques: in addition to creating the largest ceramic fountain ever made, at a record 1.6×2.2 metres in height, which is extremely difficult to propose in a single piece – Ceramiche Trea was the first to apply upward water jets, as well as the classic displays of falling water.
